Welcome to the Grape Rewards Loyalty Program!

Experience more of all that Ruby Hill has to offer with our new Grape Rewards Loyalty Program. All Wine Club Members and Ruby Hill Wine Lovers who create a profile with us when shopping will earn 1 point for every $1 spent in our tasting room or on our online shop. Redeem your points when you want, how you want on wine, merchandise, and deli purchases!

Have an existing Loyalty Card? Do not worry. We will continue to honor all existing Loyalty Cards and you will continue to earn rewards under our new Grape Loyalty Rewards Program.

All existing Wine Club members have been automatically enrolled in our New Grape Loyalty Rewards Program. To review your current Rewards total, please log in to view your account.

 

 

Here’s how it works: 

•You will earn 1 Point for every $1 you spend at Ruby Hill Winery or in our online shop. 

•There are no limits on how many Points you can earn and your Points never expire.

•Earn double the Points when you become a Royal Ruby Member. Royal Ruby Members earn 2 Points for every $1 spent. (What is a Royal Ruby Club Member? It is when you become a wine club member at both Ruby Hill Winery and Rubino Estates Winery. Call our Wine Club at 925-931-9463 to upgrade your membership.)

•Your points may be redeemed on purchases made in the winery or online. Ask your wine ambassador about your Grape Rewards Points balance or you can go online and log in to your account to view your balance.

•You may redeem your points at any time on any wine, merchandise, or deli purchase.

•Grape Rewards Points can be used to cover up to 50% of the transaction total. Excludes sales tax and shipping charges.

Grape Rewards Points are not redeemable for Club Shipments, Winery Events, Sales Tax, or Shipping. Interwinery, trade, and wholesale purchases are exempt. Grape Rewards are non-transferrable and hold no cash value.
