The Ruby Hill Water Tower Experience~ If you have ever visited the Ruby Hill winery Tasting Room, you may have asked yourself how the wines are made, where are the grapes grown and how are they farmed, what type of barrels are used and why, and perhaps what is the history of Ruby Hill Winery? And more. The Water Tower Experience takes you inside the vineyards and production facility with an experienced wine educator leading the way. You will trace the evolution of wine from grape to glass and hopefully answer some of those questions. The experience doesn't end there! Next you will enjoy a sit down tasting in our historic Water Tower. There, wines will be matched with small food pairings such as specialty meats and cheeses. Get your friends and family together for a Ruby Hill Wine Experience you will never forget!

Tasting and tours are private and by appointment only. They are available on Saturdays at 12:00 or 3:00 p.m. The complete experience is $25.00 per person. (Diamond Gem Society members pay just $10.00 per person, Ruby members just $15.00--pricing for member and one guest). Group size is limited to 12, however we may be able to accommodate larger groups with prior arrangements. To reserve your experience, please contact Debbie at (925) 931-9463.

Weddings, Large Social Events and Corporate Gatherings- Please contact the staff directly at the next door event venue, Casa Real, for any inquires regarding large events. Casa Real is a Mediterranean-styled event venue featuring Old-World touches of elegance that can accommodate up to 550 guests in its largest room. Barrel Tastings- Who doesn't love wine right out of the barrel? Come and join us Thursday afternoons for fun barrel tastings with our winery ambassador.

Friday Night Wine Bar- Join us the last Friday of the month (November and December are the 3rd Friday) for the Friday Night Wine Bar, 6:30-9:00PM in the tasting room at Ruby Hill Winery. The cost is $10.00 for Gem Society members & $15.00 for non-members. The cost includes a full tasting flight of wines, a glass of wine, cheese & crackers, s'mores, barrel tasting, and other light snacks. Pizza by the slice is available for $3.00 per slice. Come unwind with friends at the end of the month.

Late Night Thursdays- Every Thursday we will be open until 8:30pm for wine tasting, club pick-ups, etc. Also, we will offer Table Service! Enjoy a bottle of wine & antipasti at our bistro tables.

Private Barrel Tastings- are also available by appointment and are free to Diamond Level Gem Society Members.

Gem Society Release & Pickup Parties- Come celebrate the release of our new wines quarterly at our Gem Society Release Parties. Taste the newest release as well as some of your old favorites paired with a variety of delicious hors d’ouevres. These parties are free to Gem Society Members.

Smaller Private Events- Whether you are looking for a romantic dinner or a corporate event, the Tasting Room and Barrel Room at Ruby Hill Winery provides an escape from the ordinary. Our impeccable service and elegant venue will ensure your special event is one to remember.
